About us

At BSC we believe that each of us can create meaning in our lives and that the role of your clinician is to stand side by side with you on this journey.

We value providing holistic services, attuning to all the parts of your experience, including emotional wellness, physical health, and connection to our communities.

BSC also encourages ongoing growth as clinicians and humans.  Currently, our training is focused on Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindful Self Compassion.

The body has been designed to renew itself through continuous self-correction. These same principles also apply to the healing of psyche, spirit, and soul.
