Bozeman Supportive Counseling, PLLC
Bozeman Supportive Counseling, PLLC (BSC) is grounded in the belief that healing begins with authenticity, connection, and a deep respect for the mind-body relationship. We specialize in values-focused somatic therapy for individuals who are ready to explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity.
Our work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing for a holistic approach that honors the complexity of the human experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or a desire for greater alignment with your values, our therapists help you connect more fully with yourself and your life.
At BSC, therapy goes beyond simply relieving symptoms; it’s about building a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and whole. We approach each session authentically, creating space for vulnerability and growth while honoring your innate capacity for resilience. Our therapeutic process is collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your unique journey.
We offer individual therapy sessions in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. You don’t have to do this alone; we’re here to help you as you come home to yourself, one breath, one step, and one compassionate insight at a time.
The body has been designed to renew itself through continuous self-correction. These same principles also apply to the healing of psyche, spirit, and soul.
