Starting therapy can be hard. Here’s some information to get you started.
?
Therapy is a collaborative process that provides you a supportive environment while you explore your experiences. You and your therapist will work together to clarify what truly matters (your values) and take action toward the life you want.
Finding the right therapist for you and your needs is essential. This is why we provide a 15 minute phone call before scheduling.
During this phone call, you can get any questions you have about the process answered, and we will give you additional information about how we practice and what therapy will look like with us.
Depending on your provider we are in network with several private insurance companies and Montana Medicaid.
We also offer sliding fee services and pro bono services with our in training clinicians and student interns.
The best way to schedule an appointment is to click Request Appointment or Contact button and set up a 15 minute consult call.
